Project Manager


Supplyframe is looking for a Project Manager, working as a part of the Engineering team to implement enterprise software for our customers in the global electronics industry. This is a hands-on role in which you will be making a significant contribution to the growth of our enterprise products and to the success of new initiatives at the company. This position is based out of our HQ in Pasadena, CA.

  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and directly with our customers to implement enterprise software solutions
  • Handle oversight and coordination of project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deliverables to meet customer expectations according to contractual obligations
  • Lead all aspects of software implementations, including deploying enterprise software in coordination with customer teams and subject matter experts, configuring features and functionality according to client needs, and troubleshooting issues
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and customers through updates and status meetings
  • Maintain documentation of all projects throughout the project cycle
  • 3+ years of full lifecycle enterprise software implementation experience leading medium-to-large scale projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across a diverse set of audiences
  • Proficient with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working directly with software engineers, product management, operations, and customers to implement enterprise software solutions
  • Strong experience in customer-facing roles
